PAYROLL ASSOCIATE (FULL TIME)

Payroll Associate

We are hiring immediately for a full time position.

Location : Quantum - 5001 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76106. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule; days may vary, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

Requirement : Prior payroll or administrative experience is required.

Pay Range : $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Processes data entry and performs clerical tasks to ensure payroll is accurately processed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Exhibits fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Collects payroll reports from the MyStaff system for processing.
• Processes payroll on a biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Audits payroll to track discrepancies.
• Stays current on all training and laws regarding payroll issues.
• Follows up on changes with payroll; assume responsibility for projects assigned by Payroll Manager.
• Archives information for storage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
