The Director of Pharmacy – Oncology & Infusion Services provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to ensure the safe, effective, and financially responsible use of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biosimilars, bi-specifics, and supportive care medications across infusion services. While oncology represents the majority of services, this role also provides practice-wide pharmacy support across specialties.

This is a working Pharmacy Director role, maintaining direct clinical involvement while building infrastructure and leading pharmacy services. This role advances high-quality, patient-centered care by integrating evidence-based pharmacotherapy, regulatory excellence, and operational stewardship in a community-based setting. The Director supports recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of future pharmacists and pharmacy staff as services expand.

The Director oversees clinical pharmacy practice, admixing and dispensing, formulary and biosimilar strategy, regulatory compliance, inventory and cost management, quality assurance, and staff development. This position balances clinical excellence with financial stewardship to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable specialty infusion services that support organizational growth and exceptional patient outcomes.

This role collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative leaders to design, implement, and continuously improve clinical, operational, and safety practices across infusion services.

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Support

  • We offer up to $8,000 in relocation assistance
  • We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with $10,000 paid at hire and $5,000 paid after one year

The pay range is between $186,000-$242,000 per year.
