We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in guiding the financial strength and growth of an employee-owned company while helping to shape the future for every one of our employee-owners.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, guiding its financial strategy, planning, and maintaining its fiscal stability.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to support growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management with transparency and integrity.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape business strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, and compliance functions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For :

Excellent leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and motivating staff.

Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Northern Radiator provides high quality heating and cooling products for automotive, agricultural, truck, industrial and racing products. Northern Radiator has been in business for over 54 years. Our headquarters, manufacturing facility, and primary distribution facility is located in Willmar, Minnesota with 19 regional distribution centers located throughout the U.S.
