JOB DESCRIPTION : You have the drive to build a team of stylists at a kid first hair salon. Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our customers. Manage the daily operations of the salon and ensure that best practices are followed in both customer satisfaction and business optimization. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer-centric atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum two years experience leading, coaching, and training teams. Store operation experience. Able to work weekends.
