Job Position : Special Education Teachers (CI Endorsement)

Location : Flint, MI 48507

Pay Rate : Starting at $45 / hour

Description :

Birch Agency is currently hiring passionate and qualified Special Education Teachers for the 20252026 school year near Flint, Michigan . Positions are available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels .

We are seeking educators who are committed to empowering students with Cognitive Impairments (CI) and supporting their academic and personal growth in both inclusive and specialized settings.

Position Details :

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities
  • Caseloads tailored to grade level and experience
  • Collaborate with general education staff and support teams
  • Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Support students academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements :

  • Valid Michigan Educator License
  • Active Cognitive Impairment (CI) Endorsement
  • Experience with IEP development and special education best practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
