Job description

The Client Experience Specialist reports to and takes direction from the Client Experience Supervisor.  Responsibilities  Greet clients warmly over the phone, provide expert guidance and build lasting relationships.

Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.

Educate clients on our services, assist with client onboarding, and mark a real impact on client success.

Communicate with different departments to answer client inquiries.  Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company database.

Qualifications Customer service pro with strong communication skills.

Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM Tools (Salesforce experience is a plus!) Call center experience is a bonus but not required.

Bilingual candidates in Spanish & English (written and verbal) preferred.
