Job Title : Site Safety Manager Solar Construction

Location : Multiple sites (TX, NM, IL, NV, IN)

Pay Rate : $30 - $50 per hour + Overtime (Time and a Half After 40 Hours)

Hours : 50-60 Hours per Week

Start Date : Immediate

Duration : 12-month contract with potential for extension

Job Overview :

Alpha & Omega Safety Services is seeking multiple Site Safety Managers for a construction contractor with Solar projects across the US. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and maintaining a safe work environment on-site.

Qualifications :

Experience in civil construction safety

Minimum OSHA 510

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in construction

Ability to lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety policies

Benefits & Compensation :

Rate $30-$35 / hr $50 / hr for supervisory role

Per Diem : $135 / day (7 days)

Vehicle Allowance : Truck and Fuel Card Provided

Contract Duration : 12 months with the potential for extension

Overtime Pay : Time and a half after 40 hours
