Job description

Company Overview : We are a fast-paced production facility seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our night shift team. If you have experience working in a warehouse or production environment and are ready to grow with a company that values hard work and dedication, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Operate various production machines, including (but not limited to) : extrusion, laminator, tarp machine, winder, and seal cart
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate various types of machinery
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Must adhere to the dress code : No hoodies or jewelry; regular warehouse attire
  • Ability to work the night shift consistently (6 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM, Mon–Fri)
