JSI invites you to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist on our Regulatory & Tax Compliance Operations Team in a remote capacity where you'll play a critical role in advancing broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and drive digital inclusion—while advancing your career within a mission-driven, growth-focused organization.

Position Overview :

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be the primary interface responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory compliance reports to federal and state agencies on behalf of telecommunications providers. In this role, you will work closely with our telecom clients to ensure timely, accurate filings that meet the evolving regulatory requirements while applying your expertise in compliance, accounting, and utility regulation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned telecommunications clients regarding regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary reporting information and ensure timely submissions.
• Analyze financial and operational data to prepare and submit compliance filings to the FCC, PUCs, and other regulatory agencies.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry regulatory changes and apply updates to compliance processes.
