Shift : 12-hour day shifts (07 : 00-19 : 00); variable start times may apply\n

Hours per Week : 36\n

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend as needed\n

Dress Code : Navy scrubs\n

Electronic Medical Record : Meditech EMR\n

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,630 - $1,750\n

\n\nER Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state\n

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required\n

Preferred : NIHSS, ENPC, CPI certifications\n

Strong clinical skills in critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork\n

\n\nEmergency Room Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department\n

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including nurses, technicians, and paramedics\n

Manage a patient ratio of approximately 4 : 1 in a fast-paced clinical setting\n

Respond rapidly to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions\n

Document all care and interventions accurately using Meditech EMR\n

Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure\n
