Required Skills:

• Current RN licensure in good standing
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to assess and monitor patients recovering from anesthesia
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of PACU protocols and procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience Level 1 Trauma care
• Telemetry and vent management experience
• NIHSS certification
• Previous PACU or post-anesthesia care experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of PACU or critical care experience
• Prior experience in trauma or telemetry units

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 3 nights per week on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Ability to work 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule
• Must possess all required certifications and licenses
• Willingness to comply with hospital and state/federal regulations, including travel or licensure reimbursements when applicable
