Imagination ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Somerville, NJ and nearby towns. We provide home-based and community-based ABA therapy and are seeking energetic, caring individuals to join our growing team.

Whether you’re new to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or already a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , we provide paid training , supervision by BCBAs , and flexible scheduling so you can grow and succeed.

Compensation

Behavior Technician (non-RBT) : $22–$25 / hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : $24–$28 / hour

Includes training and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home or community settings

Implement treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

Collect data and track client progress

Support growth in communication, social, and adaptive skills

Maintain a positive, engaging session environment

Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (college preferred)

Experience with children, autism, or education preferred

RBT certification a plus (training provided)

Reliable transportation within Somerset County

Must pass all background checks
