Transformation House is seeking a dedicated REMOTE TELEHEALTH Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Alcohol and Drug Counselor Temporary (ADC-T) to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team for our outpatient telehealth program.
