Job Responsibility :

The IT Business Systems Analyst Lead will play a key role in the development of enhancements to our claims systems. In this role, you'll lead two scrum teams and work closely with product owners to define business requirements. This position is open to remote work.

Must-have Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology discipline or related field of study and minimum six years of related work experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience.
