Payroll Analyst III

Job Title : Payroll Analyst III

Contract Duration : 14 months

Location : San Jose, CA 95002 - Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / week required and 2 days work from home)

Pay Rate : $58-$60 / hr on W2

Schedule :

Hours Per Week : 25.00

Hours Per Day : 5.00

Responsibilities :

• Assist in processing US and Canada on a semi-monthly and off-cycle basis as required or scheduled.
• Process payroll changes , including new hires, terminations, and benefits adjustments , including preparing batches, final paychecks, adjustments, and special payments .
• Uploading tax notices to ADP Tax Compliance
• Generate standard and ad -hoc payroll reports
• Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams and ADP to support payroll
• Ensure accuracy and operate with attention to detail in all payroll-related responsibilities
