Now we're entering a new chapter : expanding into new verticals, building partnerships, and elevating SheCodes into a global brand that empowers millions of women.

The Role

We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team. This person will work side by side with the Founder & CEO to both scale operations and drive bold growth initiatives. The CGO will translate vision into execution while actively leading SheCodes into its next phase of expansion whether that's launching new verticals (AI, Finance, Leadership, Design), building strategic B2B partnerships, or growing SheCodes' global presence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a mission-driven EdTech brand with a global audience, while playing a central role in its growth story.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Expansion

Identify, test, and scale new verticals (SheCodes AI, Finance, Leadership, etc.).

Build strategic B2B partnerships and corporate training opportunities.

Develop initiatives to expand SheCodes into new geographies and markets.

Elevate SheCodes into a global brand through creative marketing and partnerships.

Operations & Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations across product, marketing, finance, and student support.

Implement systems for accountability, reporting, and scalable growth.

Manage and mentor a distributed team, building a culture of ownership and excellence.

Ensure financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.

Founder's Partner

Act as a strategic sparring partner for the CEO.

Free up the CEO to focus on vision, product, and brand by taking charge of execution.

Bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn ambition into action.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior operations or growth leadership role (COO, CMO, GM, or similar) in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital businesses.

Strong track record of scaling teams, systems, and new business lines.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led company.

Excellent leadership and communication skills; inspires and holds teams accountable.

Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
