Blue Print Out is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Trainee . This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who aspire to grow into future leadership roles within the organization. Through a structured training program, you will gain experience in operations, team leadership, and strategic planning, working closely with senior management and key departments.

Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program covering all key operational areas.

Assist with project management, team coordination, and internal communication strategies.

Analyze performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with department leaders to implement business strategies.

Attend regular leadership workshops, mentoring sessions, and performance evaluations.

Shadow managers and provide support on internal projects and team supervision.

Contribute to team meetings with insights and progress reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative, adapt to change, and work well in a team environment.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in leadership development.

Previous internship or experience in a business environment is a plus, but not required.
