We are seeking a self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury law firm based in California. As a Case Manager, you will ensure smooth office operations and effective case management, providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney.

Sepulveda Sanchez Law is dedicated to fighting for justice for our clients, handling cases involving personal injury caused by individuals, insurance companies, or corporations. We are committed to helping clients recover financially and emotionally from their experiences and are willing to go to trial when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding their medical treatment and case status
• Open claims with insurance companies
• Obtain liens from Medicare, medical, and health insurance providers
• Coordinate property damage inspections with insurance companies
• Set up and manage medical treatment on a lien basis
• Obtain medical records and bills from providers
• Prepare demands to insurance companies
• Manage medical treatment to maximize policy limits settlement
• Negotiate medical liens
