We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and support our ambitious growth in the modular and prefabricated home sector. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all financial functions and play a central role in raising capital, optimizing operational efficiency, and enabling long-term financial sustainability.

CFO Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives to support expansion, including facility buildouts, production scaling, and R&D investments.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, contributing to overall business planning and execution.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth goals, including capital structure and investment planning.
• Lead capital raising efforts, including debt, equity, and alternative financing sources; build and manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
