Productive Playhouse (PPH) is looking for a consultant to help us launch our very first training and development function.
We currently have no formal programs in place, so this role is both strategic and hands-on :
- we need someone who can build the foundation while also rolling up their sleeves to create and deliver training. What you’ll do : Assess company-wide training needs and create a roadmap of priorities Design and pilot 2–3 core training programs, such as Leadership Development or Skills-Based Training for Project Management Develop templates, guides, and job aids that we can reuse and scale Provide a 12–18 month L&D roadmap and facilitate a “train-the-trainer” session for HR and managers Tools we use : We currently use EasyLlama LMS, but only for compliance training.
The consultant will help us determine whether to expand its use or explore other scalable solutions. What we’re looking for :
Strong background in both instructional design and L&D strategy Confident facilitator with engaging communication skills Experience with leadership and skills-based training (CA / FL compliance familiarity a plus) Ability to deliver scalable, practical solutions within a fixed project scope Comfortable with remote delivery; experience designing engaging virtual trainings is essential This is a short-term contract (12–14 weeks) with milestone-based deliverables.Great opportunity to make a lasting impact by shaping how our company grows, learns, and develops.
