Key Responsibilities

Process device and supply orders

Input A1C test results into patient records

Alert care team members when Telehealth visits are completed

Required Qualifications

20 years of experience in a relevant field

Comfort with navigating multiple systems

Adherence to compliance and workflow instructions

Experience with data entry and record keeping

Availability to work remotely between 8am-6pm EST, M-F
