Sr Program Manager
The Sr Program Manager is responsible for managing one or more highly complex enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects. Being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a complex program, including managing the cost / budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, quality, risks and adoption / change management. This role is responsible for driving deliverables and activities with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Enterprise teams, business leadership, external vendors, and Project Managers by removing barriers, escalating risks / issues, building consensus, and driving decisions, as well as tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to leadership and the program team. This position is remote which means the work is completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Drives consolidation and manages multiple work streams into one cohesive program
- Effectively communicates program issues, their remediation and status to program stakeholders and upper management
- Provides support for program planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projects
- Reviews high-level deliverables across multiple projects
- Provides a program level RACI and Organization chart for the Program
- Manages time, budget and scope across multiple projects; uses appropriate techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs
- Tracks issues and risks at the program
- Integrates financial data and KPIs for multiple projects
- Schedules and facilitates US Foods project delivery Toll Gates
- Ensures defects affecting the success of the program are tracked & managed to resolution
- Conducts and documents lessons learned
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Remote : This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.Minimum Qualifications :
Must possess a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experiencePrior experience in applying proven project management methodologies to large mission critical projectsPrior experience with enterprise adoption and change management techniquesPrior experience in a PMO and use of Project Portfolio Management toolExtensive experience in project delivery and working in complex programsDemonstrated experience employing established project methodologies agile, waterfallStrong communication skills collaboration, facilitation, verbal & written skills requiredUp to 5% of travel required, depending on business needs.Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredCertifications / Training :
PMP Certification preferredScrum Master Certification preferredPreferred Qualifications :
Master's degree or MBA preferredPMP Certification preferredScrum Master Certification preferredThis role is also eligible for benefits for this role include annual bonus of up to 25% above base salary, health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance. Compensation depends on relevant experience and / or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
The expected base rate for this role is between $95,000 - $155,000.
