What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and to report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.

Assist staff, visitors, and / or patients by providing directions or information as needed, maintaining a courteous and helpful presence.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary during incidents or emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
