How You Contribute

• Serve as our subject matter expert for all UKG modules : Pro, Workforce Management, UKG Pro Learning, Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of new system features, modules, and upgrades.
• Optimize workflows to support scalability, compliance, and an excellent end-user experience.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and technical specifications.
