California Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial Legal.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on various transactions including SaaS subscription agreements and NDAs

Analyze risks and develop innovative solutions for challenges in a high-growth global business

Assist in developing and improving customer templates, commercial policies, and training programs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of in-house legal department or law firm experience related to technology contracting

Juris Doctorate Degree

Admitted to practice and in good standing with a U.S. state bar

Preference for candidates local to Seattle, WA or the San Francisco CA Bay Area

Experience in regulated industries such as public sector, financial services, or healthcare is preferred
