About the Role : We're looking for a Director of Treasury & Working Capital who can take ownership of our cash strategy and play a key role in strengthening the financial health of the company. This leader will be responsible for understanding how cash moves through the business, improving working-capital performance, and ensuring we have the right visibility and discipline around liquidity. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Billing, Biz Ops and Procurement to tighten processes, improve cash conversion, and support strategic decision-making as we continue to scale.

Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Own the company's daily and weekly cash positioning
• Lead short-term and long-term cash forecasting
• Manage banking relationships and support ongoing lender reporting
• Monitor liquidity needs and help shape short-term investment or debt strategies
