About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to be its senior-most financial leader, with a focus on driving excellence in financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, to support the company's growth. This role requires a strong partnership with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial discipline, transparency, and scalability. The VP of Finance will also oversee accounting functions, maintain strong internal controls, and manage all financial operations. Additionally, the role involves preparing and presenting financial results to the Board and investors, as well as supporting fundraising activities. Candidates for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred, and at least 12 years of finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models is essential, as is a proven track record in leading FP&A, accounting, and reporting functions in a high-growth or PE / VC-backed environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of SaaS metrics, be a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, and be adept at translating financial data into actionable insights. Preferred attributes include experience in managing equity programs, deep familiarity with fundraising processes, and a strategic, collaborative, and analytical approach.
