Tax & Business Advisor — Level CPAs and Advisors

Location : Tipton, IN (Hybrid : in-office + remote flexibility)

Type : Full-time

What You’ll Do

You’ll do more than prepare tax returns — you’ll advise, strategize, and connect.

You’ll work directly with business owners, farmers, and families to help them understand their numbers and plan for the future.

Prepare and review individual (1040), corporate (1120, 1120S), and partnership (1065) tax returns

Provide proactive business and tax planning advice

Work with QuickBooks Online to manage small business accounting

Use UltraTax for tax preparation and workflow

Collaborate with clients throughout the year to support their goals

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience

Strong understanding of small business accounting

Knowledge of farm taxation is a big plus

Confident working independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communicator who builds trust and rapport easily

Tech-comfortable and adaptable — open to new tools and ideas
