General Summary : Responsible for maintaining the highest degree of overall cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of resident rooms and assigned areas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Thoroughly clean resident rooms, hallways, lounges and assigned areas.
• Perform floor care duties.
• Ensure that supply cart is cleaned, maintained and stored according to departmental procedure.
• Knowledgeable of all chemicals used.
• Perform all other duties as requested.

Reporting Relationships :

Supervises : N / A

Education : High school education or equivalent.

Experience : Previous housekeeping experience in an institutional setting is preferred.
