Captive Insurance Division Administrative Support

The Captive Insurance Division is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide specialized administrative and procedural support to its professional team. This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the division by assisting division personnel, including the Deputy Commissioner of Captive Insurance, Directors and Chief Examiner. Working under the general direction of the Director of Captive Insurance, the position will be responsible for a range of functions essential to the divisions daily operations. The role involves frequent communication and coordination with internal staff, including field examiners, as well as external stakeholders such as senior management of captive insurance companies, captive managers, and other service providers. This is a dynamic and highly collaborative position that requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment. Work is performed primarily in a normal office setting. Interaction with industry experts, lawyers, CPAs, actuaries, NAIC, other state insurance departments, rating agencies and human resources may be anticipated.
