Job descriptionLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events designed to drive traffic and sales. Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary. Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a high-volume dealership. Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of building effective teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and vendors. Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to make informed decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
