What is used for documenation?

How many patients / day?

Avg of 11-14 pt per day; it could be PTs 9-12 pt / day; PTAs 11.5-14 pt / day (factoring in 1 hour Evals on PTs where they have 1 patient for that hour)

Is it 1 : 1 treatments?

Most of our therapists see 2 patients that start at the same time and treat them both over the course of an hour. I.e. 2 patients start at 9 and are seen by the provider until roughly 10.

• We also have therapists that see 1 patient every 30 minutes overlapping patients. I.e. Pt A starts at 9, Pt B starts at 930 and Pt A is overlapped with Pt B.
• We have specialty providers (pelvic floor, lymphedema) therapist that treat 1 patient every 40 minutes with some overlap as needed. This is an option for an ortho PT or PTA however they would need to double a few 40 min slots in their day to make up for the lost treatment slots with this type of schedule.
