Founded in 2014, Uphold has millions of customers in over 150 countries and executes billions of dollars of crypto and fiat transactions a year. A bridge between old and new money systems, Upholds consumer offering is crypto-enabled neo-bank, allowing consumers ways to manage their daily finances with debit cards, direct deposit, high interest savings, crypto and precious metals trading, and many more features. We expose these through our APIs to businesses and institutions who can enable them to their customers for a seamless bridge between on-chain and traditional finance.
In 2023, Uphold launched Topper, a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp. Topper is an easy-to-implement Web3 payment tool that lets crypto projects process more of their customers payments - supporting twice as many digital assets than its competitors and bringing higher acceptance rates on payments.

The Opportunity
Uphold is seeking an Associate Product Managerto support the strategy and execution of our crypto on- and off-ramp product, Topper. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of product management in a fast-paced fintech environment, helping businesses and their customers access seamless financial solutions.
You will assist in defining, delivering, and continuously improving Toppers suite of features and capabilities. Your work will contribute to ensuring a reliable, intuitive, and high-converting experience for end-users while supporting the operational and integration needs of our business partners.
Reporting to a senior product leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally with global teamsincluding engineering, compliance, marketing, and partner successto help ensure Toppers offering aligns with customer needs and market demands.
This is a hybrid role based in New York, with an expectation of regular in-office presence each week.
