As the Manager of Internal Communications for Content & Channels within Genentech Research and Early Development (gRED), you will be the go-to partner for creating engaging content and managing the channels that connect employees across the organization. You will serve as a central resource that functional communications leads and leadership teams partner with for high-quality content creation and delivery support from written communications and town halls to intranet features and digital and visual storytelling.
This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of writing, editing, and channel management, and who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to bring complex science and strategy to life. By shaping the way gRED communicates through its channels, you will help build alignment, strengthen culture, and amplify gRED's bold scientific vision.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Head of Internal Communications for gRED.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $139,000 $258,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
