Assistant Restaurant Manager

Shake Shack is seeking positive and enthusiastic full-time Assistant Restaurant Managers to join their dynamic team! Have fun and work hard! As a Shack ARM, you will have the a flexible schedule allowing YOU TO CHOOSE the option of working (4) 10-hour shifts per week or (5) 8-hour shifts per week! Your responsibilities include : Oversee inventory, quality and safety; Lead and develop the hourly team; Manage all support functions (i.e. hourly payroll, scheduling, etc.); Maintain the facility while upholding standards of excellence and hospitality; Assist GM with employee relations; Establish and build community relations.
