Our UI / UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping user experiences through thoughtful interface design and research-driven insights. This position is responsible for translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of design principles with strong collaboration skills and a passion for solving complex user problems through elegant design.

Lastly, we are looking for a person who is interested in being a part of something bigger than themselves.  Someone who is more interested in joining a family, not finding another job.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Apply user-centered design (UCD) methodologies through usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Maintain awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
• Stay current with UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
