“The Executive Administrative Assistant at Cornerstone assistants in all administrative responsibilities executing the mission the of their Division at Cornerstone.”
This part-time position will work closely with the Division Executive Pastor and team. They will bring organization and high level execution to an amazing team. They will support the ministry with various administrative tasks, allowing them to focus their highest contribution to developing vision, strategy, and organizational excellence.
Who you are :
You are highly organized, a multitasker, calm under pressure and a sounding board as well as support for multiple leaders and departments. You have experience assisting with events, managing budgets, and providing administrative support.
What you will do…
Executive Administrative Support
- Calendar Management for the Executive Director / Pastor
- Meeting Management
Schedule rooms and meetings for individual meetings
Take meeting minutes as distribute when neededArrange for food / beverage as neededOversee and manage yearly ministry calendaring processCompile and manage budgeting functions for the DivisionProvide overall support as needed for Executive Director / PastorPrinting, copying, filing, and other general office work associated with EA dutiesMinistry Support
Order materials and supplies for ministries as requested.Assist in event planning, preparation and execution as needed.Schedule meetings, events, etc. on internal system as requested and according to approved calendar.Communicate all church events, responsibilities, etc. to Ministry Team.Printing, copying, filing, and other general office work associated with EA dutiesManage Special Projects and Events
Provide research for special projects and events and secure resources (e.g., venue, vendors, equipment)Send invitations / announcements and manage RSVPsTrack and communicate progress and assignments through a shared planning platformOversee event set-up, vendors, equipment, and materials to bring project / event to completionExperiences you have had :
One-three years of administrative experience preferably in a church larger than 1500 members.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an area of concentration that has equipped him / her for position preferred.Must align with the vision, values, and doctrinal statement of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.Must be or become a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship who supports the vision and values.Skills you have :
Naturally gifted to be detail oriented.Very organized.Teachable with a willing spirit to learn.Takes on multiple challenges and assignments and succeeds.Team player, working to understand and assist in the vision of the ministry.Opportunity statement :
