Ashlar Homes is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Community Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this client-facing role, you will serve as the front-line representative for Ashlar Homes, driving new home sales, guiding prospective buyers through the process, and delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers. This role is pivotal in achieving our sales goals and enhancing the home buying experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Sales Execution
Open and operate community information centers and model homes according to assigned schedules.
Conduct in-person tours and presentations of model homes, clearly communicating features, floor plans, and benefits.
Generate new leads through strategic networking, cultivating relationships with realtors, conducting follow-up calls, and implementing email marketing campaigns.
Stay immersed in community trends, local schools, recreational amenities, and municipal data to provide thorough knowledge to potential buyers.
Client Support & Transaction Management
Educate buyers on financing options, partnering closely with mortgage professionals to ensure a smooth process.
Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all documents.
Maintain ongoing communication with buyers throughout the contract and closing processes to support targeted closing timelines.
Accurately record buyer interactions and pipeline data in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration & Presentation
Collaborate regularly with community and construction teams to review progress, address customer concerns, and coordinate delivery timelines.
Ensure the model home and community center are always presentation-ready and reflective of the Ashlar Homes brand.
Qualifications
Licensure : Active Kansas Real Estate License is required.
Experience :
Proven sales success (new home sales highly preferred).
Familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is preferred .
Skills :
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and detail orientation.
Technologically proficient, especially in Microsoft Office Suite.
Commitment to customer service excellence and safety best practices.
Schedule : Must be available to work Friday through Tuesday .
