IERUS is seeking highly skilled and motivated engineers to support the design and development of RF hardware systems for sensing, communication, and EA / EW applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of advanced hardware systems, contributing to the success of mission-critical applications. Candidates are expected to have experience with board level design of RF systems, including printed circuit board (PCB) design, analysis of RF circuits, and testing, along with their integration with other system components such as power electronics or high-speed communications interfaces.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop RF and high-speed electronics for sensing, communication, and other equipment;
• Generate detailed hardware specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts for advanced hardware boards;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system and subsystem specifications, test plans and procedures, and design and analysis reports;
• Determine layer stack up, component selection and placement, and routing of analog, digital, RF, and / or high-power signals;
• Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, and simulation for new hardware designs, ensuring compliance with military standards and requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions;
• Perform prototype testing, troubleshooting, and validation of circuit boards;
• Maintain component and design libraries;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
