Director of Technical Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global team of Technical Operations Engineers, establishing a customer-centric culture

Oversee the maintenance and health management of a multi-cloud infrastructure, ensuring proactive monitoring and capacity planning

Manage security practices, patch management, and deployment processes to maintain service stability and compliance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience managing operations for a B2B or B2C SaaS product with a focus on multi-tenancy and customer data security

Hands-on experience in managing production workloads in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Proven experience managing a distributed, 24x7 operations team for a mission-critical SaaS platform

Solid understanding of CI / CD principles and experience with related tools
