Senior Project Manager- Multifamily

We're partnering with one of the leading multifamily builders in Michigan — a $300M+ general contractor with an outstanding reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term relationships — as they look to bring on a Senior Project Manager to help lead major projects across Southeast Michigan.

Their portfolio includes ground-up apartments, mixed-use developments, and senior living communities ranging from $10M–$100M+ , built for repeat private developers and institutional partners.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager , you'll take full ownership of project delivery — from preconstruction through closeout — while working directly with executives, clients, and project teams to ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You'll lead a team of talented professionals in an environment built on collaboration, respect, and accountability — where your work makes a visible impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects throughout Southeast Michigan
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance from start to finish
• Oversee all preconstruction efforts — buyout, estimating input, and early planning
• Drive communication between ownership, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Review and approve change orders, pay apps, and project documentation
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping build the next generation of leaders

Base Salary : $135,000 – $170,000 (DOE)

Bonus & Profit Sharing : Annual performance-based bonus + company profit share
