Network Security Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Network Security Engineering & Ops.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of network security engineers while managing network security projects and cross-functional collaborations

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network security technologies, ensuring high availability and performance

Serve as the primary escalation point for critical network incidents and ensure compliance with internal policies and risk management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years' experience in network engineering and security disciplines

Strong knowledge of network security products and networking products

Proven experience interfacing with senior management and communicating complex cybersecurity concepts

Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and allocation
