Lead land development and civil / site design for stadiums, athletic fields, and campus infrastructureOversee complex earthwork, stormwater management, and site engineering solutionsCoordinate with architects and multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative designsUse Civil 3D to bring designs from concept to realityMentor junior engineers and help grow the Charlotte / Richmond civil / land development teamWho We’re Looking For :
10+ years of land development or civil / site design experience (athletic campus experience preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) licenseCivil or Environmental Engineering degreeStrong Civil 3D skillsPassion for leading teams and solving complex engineering challengesWhy Join :
