Expert registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and social workers partner with residents, their families, and their doctors to provide personalized care plans. Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and / or speech therapies.

Our CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living; such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, assisting with meals, and monitoring residents’ vital signs. Kindness, reliability, and empathy are essential!
