A cable harness manager oversees the production, design, or sourcing of wire harnesses, focusing on planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing personnel, coordinating with other departments like engineering and program management, ensuring safety and quality protocols are followed, and driving process improvements and cost control. Key responsibilities Production and Operations Management : Supervise daily production activities and manage supervisors. Plan, schedule, and execute all manufacturing operations to meet production targets. Ensure the cost-effective processing, production, and shipping of wire harnesses. Convert design outputs into work orders and schedules. Qualification : BS Degree in related field or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in Cable and Harness Assembly Manufacturing experience is a plus Salary range $70K to 90K Depending on experience
