Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide assistance to patrons at entertainment events held at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau facilities by performing various duties, to include scanning admission tickets/passes from patrons, assists in finding seating, locating facilities, answers questions, provides information, directs patron to correct locations, and related duties.

This is not a Safety-Sensitive Job for Purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.
This position is considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement weather policy.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of High School or related; one (1) year of customer service experience or related area; familiarity in the operation of a hand-held two-way radio preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
