Who You Are :
You are a licensed CPA with deep knowledge of compliance with and at least 5 years of experience. You enjoy helping clients and sharing knowledge with your co-workers when you encounter a unique situation that requires you to research and solve a client's problem. You are looking to advance to a Principal and help grow your firm.
Responsibilities :
- Apply technical expertise to review and analyze prepared financial statements to support team members in meeting client expectations.
- Use well-developed understanding of client businesses to help diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions.
- Manage assignment budgets, anticipate and communicate budget issues, identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability, prepare billing, and assist in cash collections.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, gaining trust and respect based on a demonstrated understanding of their business and ability to help achieve improvement goals.
- Share and transfer knowledge with team members.
- Successfully structure motivated, empowered, and diverse teams to successfully meet client expectations and help develop client relationships.
- Provide Associates and Seniors with guidance, coaching, and support in career development and area of specialty.
- Apply new approaches to proposal development and effectively manages resources contributing to proposal initiatives.
- Keep informed of recruitment needs and use external peer network and relationships to refer potential candidates.
- Write and publish articles with the research and assistance of associates and senior associates
