We are seeking a dynamic Middle School Science Teacher who is ready to create a classroom where curiosity is king, hypotheses are tested, and every student sees themselves as a scientist.

What You'll Do

• Craft Dynamic Lessons :  Design and deliver rigorous, standards-based lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a genuine love for learning across all subjects.
• Champion Differentiated Learning :  Masterfully use differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring every child can access and engage with the curriculum.
• Cultivate a Positive Community :  Build a safe, structured, and joyful classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and collaboration.
• Partner with Families :  Maintain strong, proactive communication with parents and guardians through conferences, family nights, and regular updates to build powerful home-school partnerships.
• Drive Growth with Data :  Use formal and informal assessments to monitor student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adjust instruction to ensure continuous growth for every student.
• Collaborate and Grow :  Actively participate in professional learning communities, school events, and ongoing professional development to refine your practice and contribute to our school's success.
