What youll do

Evaluate adult outpatients with spine and musculoskeletal pain; focused exams; order / interpret diagnostics.

Build and update care plans; set expectations and next steps with patients.

Perform / assist with office-based procedures (trigger point, peripheral msk and joint image-guided injections (ultrasound) and support neuromodulation / pump care under physician mentorship.

Use EMR for thorough, timely documentation; coordinate follow-ups, including telemedicine when appropriate.

Qualifications

California PA license and NCCPA certification (PA-C).

Pain / ortho / spine / PM&R / neurology experience is a plus; motivated early-career PAs welcome (structured onboarding and proctoring).

Comfort with procedures (or enthusiasm to learn), clear patient education, and teamwork.

Schedule, compensation & benefits

Full-time outpatient, MondayThursday core hours; some flexibility for procedure days.
