Position Summary :
The Manager of Revenue Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role is a critical connector between marketing, sales, and revenue operations-blending data-driven decision-making with creative marketing execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, lead, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, events, website).
- Create customer-centric messaging, positioning, and creative briefs.
- Manage editorial calendars, case studies, sales sheets, event collateral, and trade show execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for design, public relations, and media as needed.
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs to optimize ROI.
Revenue Operations
Own the marketing tech stack : build and maintain CRM workflows, lead scoring models, and marketing automation.Align marketing and sales funnels to optimize lead generation and conversion.Create executive-level dashboards that provide pipeline visibility and performance metrics.Standardize sales and marketing playbooks, reporting, and SOPs for efficiency and scalability.Coordinate with vendors and agencies for design, public relations, and media as needed.Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs to optimize ROI.Sales and Enablement & Account Management
Develop outbound and inbound strategies including sequencing, retargeting, and nurture campaigns.Create and maintain sales enablement tools, assets, and resources to accelerate the sales cycle.Collaborate with account management to support upselling, retention, and lifecycle campaigns.Partner with leadership to identify new revenue opportunities, market segments, and growth strategies.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, revenue operations, or account-based marketing.Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Ads).Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working collaboratively across sales, operations, and executive teams.Graphic design and / or video editing experience a plus.Eagerness to explore emerging marketing technologies including AI-based tools.Physical Demands :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Regular use of computer, phone, and office equipment.Occasionally lift and move up to 25 lbs. (for even-related needs).Work Environment :
Remote work environment- that requires reliable internet access and a dedicated, professional workspace.Occasional travel is required for team meetings, trade shows, or customer events.Fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative culture.Travel Requirements :
Travel up to 30% to support trade shows, team meetings, site visits, customer visits, or marketing events.Equipment Used :
Standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, etc.Marketing and CRM software : HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.Supervisory Responsibilities :
